Faywood Pricing Policies

PRIVACY POLICY:

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited.  We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

SECURITY POLICY:

Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

REFUND POLICY:

All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Our online reservation system does require a credit card to hold your space however we do not charge your card prior to your arrival except for the $10.00 non-refundable booking fee.  All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in time on your reservation date to incur no charge.  Your credit card will be charged half the reserved rate if cancellation is made 48 hours prior to check-in time on your reservation date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of reserved check-in date are subject to the full reserved rate charged to your credit card.  No cancellation is permitted on same-day lodging and private pool reservations. • A $10 credit card processing fee will be charged to any cancellations

POLICY EXAMPLES

FEE PAYMENT: All guests must pay, in advance, for their planned stay. All reservations must be accompanied by a MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express credit card. Due to the large demand for lodging on holidays, we require a 2-day minimum stay during these peak times.
