RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
All reservations must be accompanied by a MasterCard or Visa credit card. All cancellations must be made at least 10 days before the reservation date. Your credit card will be charged ten days prior to your reserved day of arrival. If you cancel your reservation within the time allowed we will refund your deposit minus a ten dollar processing fee. If your reservation is not cancelled within the required time period (ten days prior to the day of the reservation) or you fail to show up, your credit card will be charged. Same-day lodging, private pools and massage therapy reservations have no cancellation period. If you fail to show up, your credit card will be charged for the services you reserved. Due to the large demand for lodging on holiday weekends, we require a 2-day minimum stay.
LATE ARRIVALS: As a small family establishment, we close our office (and lock our gates) at 10 PM. However, if we know you plan to arrive a little late, we will try to make special arrangements.
GATES: Our entire facility is fenced and gated. Our gates are locked from 10 PM to 7 AM every day/night. If necessary, please make arrangements, at the Office, to enter or exit Faywood Hot Springs during these times. There is always someone at the office (24 hours a day) in case of emergencies.
TIME ZONES: If you are making "time sensitive" reservations, please keep in mind that New Mexico is in the Mountain Time Zone. Arizona and New Mexico are in the same time zone, except during daylight-savings-time, when Arizona is 1 hour behind New Mexico.
